法式伯爵茶戚風蛋糕、柚子戚風蛋糕與日出初現！
事緣是那天在錦田市集遇上叫人起哄的胡椒餅！
為了購買新鮮出爐的胡椒餅，店舖外出現了一條小人龍，嘻嘻！
胡椒餅由熱愛烹餁、曾經營餅店的店主主理，餅皮、豬肉和紅頭蔥餡料，與及烘焙也是自家手作的精心出品！
一向嚮往自家手作的我們，當刻以一試的心態，趁出爐購買即場品嚐。
問好店主可坐到店門外唯一兩個座位享用後，還未回過神，熱情的店主便主動請我們喝同樣是她自家製作的菠蘿汁！
試了兩口菠蘿汁，那鮮香無比、天然無添加的味道，不就是平日在家用某大牌子菠蘿冷壓出來的菠蘿汁，絕對是原汁原味的享受，令我想起台灣 Sunny Hills 的鳳梨汁，幸福感即時湧現！
試過了菠蘿汁後，原熱騰騰的胡椒餅稍為放涼，急不及待趁熱品嚐，由外皮細細的咬下，先感受酥皮散發出的香氣，再來體驗層次酥鬆的美，一點也不像商業製成品。不一會，餡料的豬肉和蔥香馬上搶攻味蕾，肉質細緻帶著胡椒與蔥粒的潤澤，配搭平衡且美味，雀躍得快要跳起來了，簡直是跨越了台灣胡椒餅的美味，驚喜驚喜！
胡椒餅要趁新鮮才好吃，為表示欣賞店主胡椒餅的手藝，於是乎購買了她做戚風蛋糕回家，所以借助烘焙勢力的早餐，便由此而來！
星期一的早上，又當超早起的鳥兒，天未亮到天台把羅勒的小白花和一小束薄荷葉剪下作裝飾，不好意思令「伯爵」變得有點少女味！
不含乳化劑是什麼意思？
在網上一搜，簡單來說乳化劑是一種化學合成品，作用是令蛋糕更蓬鬆柔軟，但經常食用會引致高血脂、動脈硬化和導致心血管等疾病，嘩 ........ 當然是不吃為妙！
沒添加浮化劑的法式伯爵茶戚風蛋糕，隔了一夜，質感依然鬆彈柔軟而不乾，也許密麻麻的大小氣孔就是預告，而茶味也來得不俗，輕甜裡透出淡淡的芳香，盡顯伯爵的幽雅，水準相當不俗！
當天下午把柚子味的戚風 KO，感覺還是法式伯爵茶味道來得較合心意！
其實當天在現場還試了杏仁餅和鳯梨酥，前者香脆可口，後者的鳳梨餡有著 Sunny Hills 的風格，一絲絲原味、香軟的天然菠蘿真的好吃，假如份量可多添一點，與及皮層均勻一點就更完美了！
